Provocative Power Flow Yoga with Erika
Inspired by sultry tunes and intricate sequences, guided by conscious breath and articulation of body placement, provocative power flow is a unique combination of power and vinyasa style yoga. This class encourages the body to open and strengthen through foundational asanas, as well as creating space for freestyle and intuitive movement. Accessible to all levels of students, as well as dancers. This class starts in late June.

Work-Week Start-Up Yoga Flow with Beverly
Some days you step onto your mat and need a neatly prescribed yoga routine. Other days you just want to let your body breathe and move you on a journey from pose to pose as you morph into and out of different shapes. In this class you will move into forms, investigating them, and then play with them to find the best fit for each moment. Beverly’s aim is not to minimize the importance of alignment but to help students move intelligently, according to what their bodies need in any given moment. Work can be stressful with the ever changing trends, constantly updating technology, long hours, and hectic competition. Together let’s improve mood and well-being, and help with anxiety. For the always on the go entrepreneurial mind, this flow will give clarity and inspiration while letting you tackle each task as they come.
