She is passionate about helping students along all points in their journey, from taking their first steps, to refining advanced sequences. Whether your desire is to deepen self-awareness, heal from injury, manage chronic pain or try something new, she will guide you with expert care and good humor. Romina started practicing 16 years ago, when she discovered Yoga as the perfect complement to her dance and acrobatic training. After a decade of traveling and teaching in New York, Buenos Aires, and San Francisco, Romina is thrilled to return to her roots in Los Angeles. Using an approach that is gentle yet encouraging, nurturing yet strong, her classes emphasize alignment in the asanas, proper use of pranayama, and meditation. Following in the traditions of Iyengar and Ashtanga, each class builds strength and flexibility by harmonizing breath with movement and intention.
