Hip-Hop with Sam Allen
A choreographed dance class focusing on stylized Hip Hop moves and having fun dancing it out. Sam teaches you move by move to dance like a rock star and takes your style to the next level. As seen on TV and music videos, Hip Hop is a blend of today’s high energy “Street Style” Movement. Typically performed to popular music, this style has been highly sought after by anyone wanting to break out of the box of traditional dance. This class develops power, personal style and agility by teaching a routine that builds momentum and repeats dance combinations rising in intensity. Some dance experience recommended.

Hip Hop with Kenan fuses fun, fast-paced choreography with your FAVORITE Hip Hop/Rap, R&B, and House tracks – this class will give you both a mental AND physical workout! Some hip hop experience is suggested but not required. A desire to learn is all that’s necessary.

Jazz Funk with Brooke Sheppard
Jazz funk is a fusion of hip hop and jazz. It combines the funkiness of hip hop with some of the technical lines jazz offers. It is the best of both worlds. Sassy and strong, but also gritty and cool. All levels. (starts April 4.)

Pop Soul: like pop music, a blend of dance genres. A fusion of Hiphop, JazzFunk, House, Groove, Latin, Dancehall and many more. Geared towards commercial dance and stage, this class is for those looking for a push and all the while encourages students to have fun and find confidence.

Zumba® with Kayla Johnson
Perfect For everybody and every body, each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Zumba® takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
