All Levels Hip-Hop with Sam Allen
A choreographed dance class focusing on stylized Hip Hop moves and having fun dancing it out. Sam teaches you move by move to dance like a rock star and takes your style to the next level. As seen on TV and music videos, Hip Hop is a blend of today’s high energy “Street Style” Movement. Typically performed to popular music, this style has been highly sought after by anyone wanting to break out of the box of traditional dance. This class develops power, personal style and agility by teaching a routine that builds momentum and repeats dance combinations rising in intensity.

Derrell fuses fun, fast-paced choreography with your FAVORITE Hip Hop/Rap, R&B, and House tracks – this class will give you both a mental AND physical workout! Some hip hop experience is required. A desire to learn is essential.

Knicole cooks up a fusion of Hip Hop & Jazz Funk with a dab of dancehall and a couple sprinkles of Latin and groove. For all levels.

Heels with Neaz Kohani
This class will focus on giving you the confidence and strength to dance in heels! It will incorporate the styles of jazz, hip hop, and grooves and can be done with or without heels. We invite everyone to join and recommend class for ages 18 and over. Get ready to feel fierce in this sexy, simple and fun class!

Zumba® with Kayla Johnson
Perfect For everybody and every body, each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Zumba® takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
