A choreographed dance class focusing on stylized Hip Hop moves and having fun dancing it out. Sam teaches you move by move to dance like a rock star and takes your style to the next level. As seen on TV and music videos, Hip Hop is a blend of today’s high energy “Street Style” Movement. Typically performed to popular music, this style has been highly sought after by anyone wanting to break out of the box of traditional dance. This class develops power, personal style and agility by teaching a routine that builds momentum and repeats dance combinations rising in intensity.

This class will focus on giving you the confidence and strength to dance in heels! It will incorporate the styles of jazz, hip hop, and grooves and can be done with or without heels. Freak Flag–A Very Queer Night of Dance with Ami Goodheart
The inspiration for this dance class was to create an all inclusive, safe, non-intimidating and healthy environment that celebrates all of us. Especially the ‘’us’’ that doesn’t always fit inside the box. Freak Flag is a dance class for Everybody in Every Body. By incorporating gender-neutral moves in the warm up and choreographed combinations that are fun for first time beginners and challenging enough for intermediate students. This Jazz-Pop style of dance has its grounded roots influenced by Bob Fosse in a modern incarnation as well as the history of the birth of Voguing in NYC.

Commercial Hip Hop with Alvin de Castro
Want a challenge? Love the moves you see in music videos and on TV? This is the class for you. Alvin de Castro is an international Choreographer & Dancer. His choreography style is an eclectic mix of all things urban, from hip hop isolations, smooth grooves and street jazz. Alvin started within the hip hop dance crew community and took his talents all the way to best studios around the world and the commercial industry. His credits include Daddy Yankee, Dua Lipa, Miguel, G-Eazy, Dillon Francis, Steve Aoki, So You Think You Can Dance, X-FactoDisney plus more!
